Describe your project idea in a paragraph or two. Identify who the video will be produced for and who the intended audience is.
Identify three things that the viewer, sponsor, and distributor (if different from the sponsor) should get out of the project. Examples include what the viewer will learn, what the sponsor will do in conjunction with the project, and how the distributor will benefit.
Describe the tasks that must be completed during planning, production, and editing to insure a successful project. Include items such as legal issues, sponsor cooperation, talent, lighting, sound, videography, and so on. List tasks in chronological order. Identify tasks to be worked in parallel.
